JC high-strength fibre gunning mixes are developed on the base of general and dry-type spray coating mixes,improving insulating performance,effectively lowering thermal loss,preventing shell overheating,increasing warm air temperature.The fibre wool,add andalusite,the suitable chemical binder and the refractories are gunned on the surface with the high-pressure gunning installation process,forming a strong integrate of fibre and refractory. The gunned layer has advantages of high-strength,light weight,insulation,saved energy etc.
